i have been looking thorugh this thread i have got some good pointers but in still really confused by the 5x5 work out im looking to bulk but struggling to get a routine sorted the gym i go to has limited gear. If any one could give me a general 5x5 beginners work out that would be ace :)
Ah ok thanks. yeh im having breakfast at 7.30, shake at 10.30, lunch at 1.00, shake at 3.30 dinner at 6.00. Still find it rather had to take so many calories in.
Ah right ok that helps. I can only make it to the gym 3 nites a week mon wed and fri thats still enough for bulking yeh? Thanks for the advice aswel :D
I have been working out no for about 2months and have noticed a change,but i want to start bulking up more. i have sorted my diet and im trying to get my bulking routine sorted but im soooo confused? I have read so much info about routines and i have no idea where to start really? Do i do 1 set...
calories are approx 1000 protine is 70g fat is around 50g carbs not sure.
i am taking them inbetween meals so i have breakfast, shake, lunch, shake, dinners i work out at the end of the day. is this the right way to do it??
Right this is my homemade shake is it any good for bulking i have 2 of them a day??
2x 24g scoops of whey protein
500ml of milk
1.5cups of forzen berries
1cup of raw oats
2 table spoons of peanut butter
2 table spoons of olive oil.
Please say id u think i can add to or remove any thing.
Hi im new to the forum. i have been training for about 2months now i have bulked a little but recon my diet aint helping. I have just increased my calorie intake by about 2000 a day I am have 3 good meals a day and 2 home made shakes is this the right way to go?? Any advice would be great :dance2:
