Just curious to see how many hours a week everyone works and if your job makes it difficult to find time for the gym. I'm working per diem right now but soon will be working a second shift 40 hours a week with overtime occasionally. Hope it doesn't get in the way of my lifestyle.
If you hjust started working out then eat whole foods only to start and increase your water intake. Eventually you can add a protein shake, creatine, etc. Introduce supplements one at a time. Remember this is a lifestyle not a race. Good luck and get ready for some great newbie gains!

I am becoming caffeine tolerant as well. I have tried over 10 different preworkout supplements. I am currently taking "The Curse" and a small iced coffee before a workout and the energy rush is sufficient but not excellent. Maybe I should take a break from them too lol
