Depends what your goals are, when bulking u need lots and lots of carbs, amount would depend on your weight, for cutting u can go really low like 50g pre/post workout

Honestly ive ordered from quite a few sources on eroids, and whenever i had an issue with any of them it was always worked out by the source when i messaged/emailed them, i did get fucked over by one source on there and i put up a bad review and it did not get deleted, if u don't believe me go...
