Agreed with those ranges, 250 ng/dl is way too low, but they go by a chart to determine who's eligible. My doc said it's garbage and we might as well be in the dark ages as far as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is concerned, but he was very thorough trying to get insurance to cover it...
