Do You Want Legal and Affordable Doctor Prescribed TRT?

Each state is different so its hard to say. I would fill out the New Patient Forms and submit everything to one of our Staff members.

The Medical Team will review everything for us and let us know how to proceed. So there is no obligation to get the pre approval :)

Hey guys, before I fill this out I was reading the fine print and it states that you ONLY treat patients over the age of 30. In my case I am 26 but still have documented bloodwork and currently being treated at a clinic so would I even qualify for your program? Also, if the consultation is free of charge is it required to put our CC info on the new Patient form? I will admit that does present a few concerns to send that info over. Not in any way knocking you, but am very serious in getting help without paying an arm and a leg like I am now.

Thanks guys

Please fill out everything except for the CC Form and submit it. Once your patient file is reviewed then we can go from there on wether we need additional labs, physical with one of our network physicians and so forth.

Just FYI this is not the best place to ask these questions as we do not always check these threads, just shoot us an email or give us a call and we can address your questions on an individual basis.

Hope this helps!

I'm an IMT patient and will be as long as they keep providing the best service out there.

IMT is the best!!!

Paperwork sent! I really hope this is the way to go vs a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) clinic with a long drive just not sure if prices will be right but am hopeful! Look forward to hearing back guys.

I don't have a recent physical. Should I send in the rest of the paper work or get a physical first.

Send in the paperwork, you may need to go get your physical done with one of IMT's network physicians. Once you get your paper work in then they can tell you what they would need you to do next.

Hope this helps

I agree with Jaxxin and others, Todd is the man!

I just started w/ IMT, Todd is very helpful with any questions or concerns I had especially being new at this. There is so much conflicting information out there....

Todd thanks for your patience and answering my crazy questions!!

What are IMT's views on what's a "good" level of Testosterone? Do they generally follow the mindset that just high enough to be in the "normal" level is adequate do they work with you to get where you want, like the High end of the "normal" range?
