500mg of test e for 10 weeks.
inject 250mg monday and 250mg thursday.

start your pct 2 weeks after your last injection. so it will be on a thursday.

take 40 mg of nolva (liquid tamox) for 2 weeks
then 20 mg for 2 weeks

simple as pie mate that is a basic first cycle.

for gyno buy some liquidex off rui products, and run half a ml of that per day if you get gyno.

liquid tamox and the liquidex are both liquid obviously, but u take them oral just squirt it into your mouth.

hey mate, I ran 500mg of test e for my first cycle. had 0 side effects, 250mg a week isnt enough. Just commit to the 500 or wait until you can or its not worth it.

500$ for 10ml is way to much, you should not be paying anymore than 300$ for 10mls.
You 100% should run pct. Just buy liquid tamox off ruiproducts.

where abouts do you live in aus? If you will commit to the 500mg and the pct i will rite you up your cycle and answer your questions.
