Thats a fair comment buddy atleast your understanding and giving advice, the problem with these forums is that nobody will adapt to other peoples preferences im saying a dont want to use needles and yes its cos it freaks me out a good bit but if i say am not taking needles all i want is advice...

What if i was to do a Winstrol (winny) oral cycle which everyone i have talked to says its good for dry solid gains unlike dbol which bloats you and is mostly water retention i would be happy with a good 5 or 6 pound gain of good muscle rather than expecting 15 pound of water weight
