    I must be one of the lucky ones. After a set of just about any lifting I do, the veins in my upper chest,shoulders and neck area are all exposed very well. Looks good and actually makes me feel like I am making progress.

    Awesome. Thanks for the reply's. I have been on supplements (musclemilk,creatine,and eating correctly) for awhile and has helped me alot, and have learned through time how to adjust to different products, and I am sure this is no different. Definatly a learning curve.
