I had an issue with some spiro 5% and they refunded my money and still sent me the product! I don't know if this was a mistake or just great customer service but nice work RUI!!!

I have the same issue... The usps tracking number has no info and i emailed them, they said usps hasnt updated the info. the order was processed 8 days ago. I just sent a pm. hopefully this will help
