I give credit where credit is due. I'll admit I was a little sketched about RUI being a board sponsor, and their image being biased, but I had a minor address issue last Friday, and the Lion has had the quickest response time when it comes to RC site customer service. So cheers guys! You've got yourself a loyal customer.

I'm still waiting to see this customer service. I sent an email over a week ago and haven't heard anything.
And I guarantee you that customer service emailed you back. Check your spam. Or sometimes we get emails kicked back to us undeliverable for some reason.

Also, check your pm's.

I was just saying something similar in another thread. RUI is rock solid across the board in my experience and opinion.
 
I got my first order from them an I am very happy with the service AND the order.
Sure its just gotten here so not like I can review the products just yet. but they all look of high quality and the other stuff I got (like pins) are great too.

I should just make my own thread saying thanks too. :-)
 
I had an issue with some spiro 5% and they refunded my money and still sent me the product! I don't know if this was a mistake or just great customer service but nice work RUI!!!
 
Yes I have had problems. I ordered 100 of product last week, got a shipment confirmation and all that. I check the statusof the shipment and it shows as delivered, but guess what. I never got it! I thought these packages had to be signed for? I was home all day Saturday and no mail came to my house (same day that usps shows it as delivered). I sent a few emails to rui explaining the issue and have not gotten a response back. All i know is that I am out of 105 so dollars and dont have my product. I may follow up with usps, but due to the nature of the research product I would prefer to go to rui on how to handle it. I realize they may get a ton of emails, but at least acknowledge receipt of my issue. Thank goodness I did not order any peptides, since my original purchase was a few hundred.
 
I just saw that they. Are pacific time and my issue happened over the weekend, so I will try to be patient just frustrating and upsetting that I dont have my product and I'm out a days worth of pay. Also am worried that the usps may have delivered it incorrectly and/or misdelivered...i am just skeptical as this is the second or third time i never got product from an online source and lost out on money. Rui seems reputable so i will be patient for now.

Sounds to me like you have a USPS issue...not an rui issue. Did u check with neighbors? Next to you door in the bushes? Etc?

Today i did check with the neighbors and no one has it. I got an email from rui stating that their packages dont require signature and to contact usps. I will do that but doubtful that will be of any good. Im on hold with them now....sigh.
 
Ok usps made a claim or whatever. Someone will call me tomorrow but obviously having them involved irks me a bit for obvious reasons. So I am still out of my money, no product, and no resolution. I'll ask some more neighbors and all, but still disappointed regardless of whether its the usps, rui, shady neighbor, etc. I think anyone else would be too especially on your first order with a new company. They did get back to me within one business day, I sent the email on the weekend, so at least I got a response.

Until i get my product or my money back, then no, no they havent. That simple. Assuming the usps messed up what will they do about it exactly? I doubt they carry clenbuterol lol
