    In theorie running HGH with insulin would be good all round for muscle growth and not gaining fat? wouldn't it? Coz the way i'm thinking is that the GH would help to burn fat while the slin and GH would build muscle. Am i right or am ni way off?

    i use hsolder width coz i find sumo difficult. Doe's anyone know how much of a difference it makes? many different muscles worked?
