Thanks mate, but i have only 5kg to work with, i train 6 days a week 1 of which is cardio training rest are:
Mon- Chest
Tuesday- Legs
Wedesday- back
Thursday- shoulders
Friday- bi's-tri's
Sat- Rugby training
Sunday- rest
I take multi's fish oil, bcaa's and mass gainers(smaller amount on season)

Hey guys, i am in a Rugby team and the position i play requires a weight range set by our coach and has 1 drug test a year.
I am 5kg of that limit, and i really want to make sure i can be border lining that limit with maximum amount of muscle and minute amount of fat.
