Anavar use for rugby

Hey guys, i am in a Rugby team and the position i play requires a weight range set by our coach and has 1 drug test a year.


I am 5kg of that limit, and i really want to make sure i can be border lining that limit with maximum amount of muscle and minute amount of fat.

I've heard the wonders of Anavar and it seems to be able to do exactly that. I am talking about an Anavar only cycle because i only have 5kg to play with and i want to maximize muscle gain and fat loss.

Just turned 20 (I need this weight gain fast)

5'8
75kg (165lbs)
around 13% BF
Average diet for me i have 4 meals a day hit my macros 140/220/50 P/C/F
bulk in off season cut obviously in on season (because of cardio)
 
It's not suggested that men use Anavar (var) only.

But you'll probably still do it so... Go ahead. I don't understand what your question is about the Anavar (var) .

Mate,

Var alone isn't going to help. As a generic statement, nearly all growth (bulking cycles) come from using Testosterone as a base. On a 12-14 week cycle, you might only add 5kg of lean mass if your careful with what you eat. PEDS arnt going to provide the short term solution - plus as a general rule of thumb its unwise to go down the PEDS route so early.

Whats your training split like?

As a fellow rugby player (tight head) I feel your pain
 
Nice reputation phaggot, i cant gain more than 5kg otherwise i cannot play dichead so now do you understand why im choosing such a soft oral whats the point in taking test and gain over the amount?????

Thanks mate, but i have only 5kg to work with, i train 6 days a week 1 of which is cardio training rest are:

Mon- Chest
Tuesday- Legs
Wedesday- back
Thursday- shoulders
Friday- bi's-tri's
Sat- Rugby training
Sunday- rest

I take multi's fish oil, bcaa's and mass gainers(smaller amount on season)

You are missing the point completely..I want to be better on the field by having more weight behind me and more strength (muscle wise) and eating food wont let me gain 5kg of fcking muscle in the amount of time i have left in the season plz gtfo you do not understand what im asking PHAGGOT


If food was more effective than why are ppl spending heaps of money on cycles risking there lives when they can eat normal fcking food which im sure is more pleasant than injecting chit over and over.

youre asking how can you gain 5kg of muscle in a short amount of time...... even with drugs you wont get that result unless your diet is in check ,which yours isn't...
 
Shut up seriously. Someone else give me advice besides this person, my diet is good, however i have to follow i diet based of my training requirements.

At that weight limit, this kid is in HS, so.. yeah ,your not going to find help here.. plus that attitude is laughable.. see yah.
 
Ill b nice long enough to tell u to go read the stickin about oral only cycles. They will only fuck you up!!


As for the rest of it they are right. U need to eat more. And or train better.

wow, its turned hostile in here. I only went out for an hour.

whilst the battle rages, Ill give you my 2p worth.

If you want to add mass, IMO you need to train less, to allow for more recovery - whether your on cycle or not. I would look at running something like a 5x5 routine with the AB-AB-- split. Focussing on those compound moves will help significantly. Whats your diet like - exactly? Ultimately that will be the controlling factor.

Ultimately, you'll do what you chose to do - be warned - the pumps from Anavar (var) when your playing a sport are not cool. Expect your calves to be rock solid, which in turn may lead to shin splints if your getting the miles in during game time.

Its not what you want to hear, but I would diet from now until the end of the season. Do it slowly, and shed only fat. Who cares if your 165lbs at 13%bf (LBM of 125lbs), or 140lbs at 9% BF (LBM of 125lbs). Then during the off season I would start a very lean bulk - plus you'll have all the summer conditioning to help keep fat gain in check.

Anywho you are too young to use drugs. spoend the money on the mass gainers and eat more to gain the extra 10lbs or what ever 5kg. but in that time frame good luck. and also about the Anavar (var) the pumps will be nasty if its real and if your an athlete you will most likely have shin splints and it will be painful and hard for you to perform.

This is spot on dude. I hate the worse shin splints of my life by the end of my prop+ Anavar (var) cycle. I run long distances, do crossfit, and fight. And I can tell you I could barely do any of them once my shin splints got bad enough. No fun.
