Anything in excess is bad for your health. Fat in moderation is absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of your body. Also concentrate more on LDL instead of HDL
I can understand that diarrhea can be awful. Consuming bananas, apples and fibrous food could be helpful. Avoid milk. You can also consider taking curd/yoghurt with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
