SLEEP is as if not more important that a shake or any other food in the middle of night.
Try drinking your last shake before going to bed with some healthy oil (peanut butter works well) to slow the absorption of the protein over several hours while you sleep.
Thanks guys this helps a lot. I'll keep studying on the "homemade" stuff I read about on this board. I like the idea of applying something on my skin rather than inject it.

Great post, and I agree . . . I started doing BB Rows just about a month and 1/2 ago and I have notice a difference. I do them towards the end of my routine, but now I'm thinking I should perform them first.
