    Anyone else religiously wake up................

    SLEEP is as if not more important that a shake or any other food in the middle of night. Try drinking your last shake before going to bed with some healthy oil (peanut butter works well) to slow the absorption of the protein over several hours while you sleep.

    Great post, and I agree . . . I started doing BB Rows just about a month and 1/2 ago and I have notice a difference. I do them towards the end of my routine, but now I'm thinking I should perform them first.
