    Best overall routine for size gains?

    Madcow's 5x5 is awesome. I'm on wk 8 and bench is up 40lbs(hit 395lbs x 3 yesterday) and squat is up 30lbs(only 205lbs due to past pelvic/hip injury). Gained 7lbs so far, but looks and feels like more. I'm so pleased with my results that I'm thinking about maxing this out before starting my...
