Used to be around 150lbs, would cut to 145 for meets. At the end of last year bulked to 160, zero fucks given diet.. Didn't gain strength like I thought I would so now I eat pretty clean 90% of the time, eating at a very slight deficit (around 150 cal a day) to cut slow but not lose any more...
