Thanks for all the help everyone, although now I'm just really confused. There's info that says it wouldn't make the BC ineffective, and info that says it would. I get that Var effs with the menstrual cycle, so the question truly is, does it affect the mechanism of action of the birth control...
Anyone here done a breast augmentation? I've been thinking about. I'm not happy with the size presently, not because of gear, but being fit and lean doesn't really make you bust out at the seams! I've thought about it, but I'm curious to know if anyone with a lifting dedication has done it...
Yeah it helps cardio wise. Guess I was hoping for an added benefit. I mean, I have a TON of it, so I guess I was wondering if I went crazy with it would I see any other benefit.
Thanks. There's nothing listed, which makes me feel better on the reduced efficacy of the birth control question. I don't think any website is going to mention whether the birth control reduces the efficacy of the var though. This particular BC is levonorgestrel 0.15 mg (synthetic...

Have you tried BioOil? I know it sounds counterintuitive, but the thought process is by stripping all the oil off your face you cause your body to make larger quantities of it to keep your skin safe. Someone recommended bio oil to me. I use it and it keeps my skin soft and clear. You just...
Thanks. I've read all those and they kind of dance around my question. That or the answers are fuzzy and unclear. Obviously, this isn't really something you want to get wrong. ;)
I've reposted in that forum, let's see if I get some bites.
I've always wondered about it. I was given an albuterol inhaler (I was at ground zero, crap in my lungs makes cardio a bitch) and I've always wondered, can I (ab)use it for other purposes? I know dosage wise it's a drop in the bucket, but it goes straight to your lungs, so...
I was just about to post a thread about golfers elbow, which is essentially tennis elbow but on the outside, not the inside. There's this stretch a yogi taught me that works a little bit. tomrandallclimbing.wordpress.com/2012/11/23/golfers-elbow-a-possible-solution/
It helps but if I'm not on...
