    hi guys im doing almost the same workout as slash above except day 1 is chest shoulders and tri s day 2 back biceps legs day 3 cardio and abs / core get it every day repeat days 1 2 3 then rest day 7 i have not yet decided upon using aas yet as i havent done enough research like most i kinda...
