    ok, so im kinda new here.... anywho, I'll put pics up and all the jazz later on. But, anywho, first topic.... I train legs, hard... I'm talking supersets with squats to leg press/ stiff leg dead lift to leg curls/ lying leg curls to seated legcurls/ and leg extensions to end it all. I feel fine...
