I recommend googling "TDEE" calculator, then finding out your stats.
So if your maintenance is HYPOTHETICALLY, 2000 calories
I'd go for 1800 which is minus 200.
I know it isn't drastic or super crazy, but I believe that while on test you're already balancing the scales around enough variables...
Maybe you're aromatizing really hard? High estrogen can ruin sleep. I recommend getting your bloodwork done to measure E.

Buy a testing kit for test. A quick google search can find you a company that should ship the kit to you. ALWAYS test a new supplier. Better than wasting more money later on.
