Should I try to lower my test before it's tested?

Diet, sleep, etc., are decent by anyone's standards. I was bitter for a while. That's totally gone now. Emotionally, I'm mostly good. A little less pumped about life than I was before, but that's no surprise. I had a life plan that got turned around and it's taken me some time to find compelling...

HGH boosters - do they work?

Anyone know whether these actually work well?

Should I try to lower my test before it's tested?

Thanks. Diet's good. I eat about 1500 cals of quality food a day. Wouldn't a boost of X ng/dl year round have at least the same effect as a boost of 2X ng/dl for less than half the year in total (given that time off = time on + PCT)?

Should I try to lower my test before it's tested?

34, 180 lbs, 18%bf. I was planning on boosting my hormones purely for aesthetic reasons. I've never used hormones before. I went to see my doctor regarding intermittent erection (ie on for 2 mins off for 2 mins when it should just stay up). He sent me to get a hormone panel. So this could...

Should I try to lower my test before it's tested?

I'm Canadian. It's much harder to find an accommodating doctor here than in the states. But there's no cost incurred for visits. If my family doc prescribed me TRT, that'd be better than paying for it out of pocket and might be the only realistic option. My doctor's sending me for a hormone...

    Permanent hcg/test/anti-e instead of cycling

Will I necessarily lose something? I was hoping that - a mild dose of test would lessen the effect of negative feedback - the hcg would protect against whatever negative feedback there is from test - the low dose of test would require a low dose of hcg, which would avoid desensitization...

    Permanent hcg/test/anti-e instead of cycling

I had been considering 12 week cycles of 350mg of test with some hcg and an anti-e. Followed by a 4 week pct and then 8 weeks off. Im definitely a creature of habit. It'd be easier for me to just stay on then to cycle on and off. Also, the fluctuations don't seem appealing. Could I safely...

300 mg test e for 12 weeks. What's the ideal counter side-effect stack?

@teutonic Thanks again for the info. @tx045 good point - should have read the stickies first.

300 mg test e for 12 weeks. What's the ideal counter side-effect stack?

Going on what I've learned from a previous post. It seems like 300 mg of test e is the right way to go for my first cycle. I've been taking 50mg of dutasteride for the last 2-3 yrs. I'll probably keep taking unless there's some reason not to. What other substances (during and post-cycle)...

Low (side)effect, medium length cycle; what should I research?

Meant to include this in my last reply: If I hit those goals (and let's say 10% bf instead of 8, since I agree 8% is ambitious), how often do you think I'd have to cycle in order to maintain something around that lvl (assuming I'm similar to a typical person)? Thank you

Low (side)effect, medium length cycle; what should I research?

@theresearcher Hemrocrit levels: is hemrocrit(ical?) a thing or a class of things? If it's a class, what are the important things it includes? Short cycles: is there a difference health wise between shorter cycles and longer cycles, all other things (dosages etc.) being equal? @teutonic...

Low (side)effect, medium length cycle; what should I research?

@appleton no. Just researching now. I figure I'll start in about 5 months.

Low (side)effect, medium length cycle; what should I research?

@appleton Ideally - after 6 months of dedicated training/nutrition without assistance, I'd like to put in a year with cycled assistance and be able to maintain myself without it (or with very infrequent and mild cycles) at a point somewhere farther ahead than where I was before So ultimately...

Low (side)effect, medium length cycle; what should I research?

First, thanks. Ya I've seen enough guy go on juice and just screw it up. No results, nothing lasting, etc. I've also seen the opposite. So I do get that it's more nuanced than 'take juice - do better'. More to your point: I'm taking a long term view of this. I'm good with 2 steps forward, one...

Low (side)effect, medium length cycle; what should I research?

Low (side)effect medium term cycle; what should I research? I live/breathed the gym from about 14-30. I read a metric shit ton. Never used anything anyone would consider a steroid, but overall made good progress. Had 4 rep maxes of about 525, 385, and 550 for squat, bench, and dead, and I...
