Feel the same way brotha, I upped my carb intake to more then double, and just going to cruise at 250mg of test e till January and blast some deca then.
6 for sure but 2 of those are shakes that contain 2 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, cup of dry oats, banana, scoop of protein,(olive oil or coconut oil on low carb days)down the hatch, easy way to get down those macros in.
