i have problem with my training that my power of benching doesnot increase like other body parts , any speacial treatment for such problem .. :confused:

if i am going to drink 2-3 doeses per day , that is mean 150 mg in one day while if injected i'll get the same amount on a week , so i think it is a big difference maan ??
