    Hmm, no I had never really looked it up. Based on a calculator I found (Light activity moderately intense workouts 3-4x a week) my TDEE is closer to 2500.

    So just to clarify the rules, it seems that discussing or reviewing specific labs is OK... but revealing actual sources or discussing those who push products from those labs is not? Either way, as a noob, I'm grateful for these domestic review threads.

    Love sushi man. I always wonder how many calories are in the sticky rice though. I can eat a lot of sushi and I feel like I never know exactly how much protein, carbs and fat I'm actually getting out of it.
