I ACTUALLY MET THOSE GOALS BACK THEN. IVE ALWAYS PUT I NTHE WORK TO SUCCEED, IT'S ALWAYS BEEN MY BODY NOT WANTING TO GET STRONGER...JUST FIXING MYU VIT D ALLOWED ME TO GAIN FROM 160 TO 179 and bust out of the plateau.

well i usually take week or so off every 10 weeks. since my back is fried, i only bench and curl now unfortunately so i dont train too often maybe 1-2 times a week if i feel like doing standing bb press(which i have been doing trying to get 185 strict press)

that's the thing, for you, a bad day is a bad day. i have that attitude as well, forget the day i had today and focus on the next week...the next week comes and the results are worse ...ill look in the diet forum...but im not happy with my t level and see no reason not to use test if i could...
of course ihave depression...you would have it too if youve put your heart and soul into lifting and got weaker and weaker....
