  • Im not sure if i lost anything the first week, I ended up dropping like 7 pounds in week 2 then another 5 in week 3. Its a very hard diet to do, when dtone said it was hard i was like yea ok but it does suck. the weight will come off just give it a few more days

    BTW: how big are you? weight? bf%? estimates....If your already very lean i wouldnt expect much but if you 18-20% bf or more stick with it you'll see a big difference soon

    Also, not sure if your doing cardio or not, i hate it but i do it everyday usually twice a day. Its an absolute must if you want to see big progress.
