anyone have a raceing heart and cant sleep. im using anavar 40mg 2cc sustnon and 1 cc of deca

hi people im want to know if i could get some help here. i just started sustanon 2cc and deca 1cc a week with 40 mg of avavar a day i have been getting dizzy and my heart has been raceing is this normal or should i some one of these
