    Train one muscle group per day?

    How many different lifts are usually good? I mean I can tell when my muscles are so pumped I cant flex them very well, is that usually a good time to stop? I currently do 4 lifts with 4 sets of 12-15 reps.

    Update on my cycle plan

    right now around 1600-2000 cal /an between 100-150g protein. Im easing into it to let my body get used to eating larger quantities more often, but I am skeptical does it really bog down your metabolism that much to jump into bigger meals?
