try this, try making a diet with 3500-4000 calories a day. Thats right, you need to count your calories. It will be annoing at first counting it but once you have enough you can remember and just eat the same thing every day and no need to count calories anymore.
You want to consume 400-600Grams of carbs per day. those should come from fruits, vegetables, rice, beans, potatoes, and pasta, etc
you want to consume about 150G fats per day. those will come from fish, nuts almonds, peanut butter, coconut oil, olive oil, etc
you want at least 300G protein per day. You can get this from any meats, and a few other sources like soy or beans or peanut butter.
try using fitday.com and setting up a diet 3500 calories with 300g protein/600g carbs/150g fats and eat this every single day until you hit 200lbs.
