  • try this, try making a diet with 3500-4000 calories a day. Thats right, you need to count your calories. It will be annoing at first counting it but once you have enough you can remember and just eat the same thing every day and no need to count calories anymore.

    You want to consume 400-600Grams of carbs per day. those should come from fruits, vegetables, rice, beans, potatoes, and pasta, etc

    you want to consume about 150G fats per day. those will come from fish, nuts almonds, peanut butter, coconut oil, olive oil, etc

    you want at least 300G protein per day. You can get this from any meats, and a few other sources like soy or beans or peanut butter.

    try using fitday.com and setting up a diet 3500 calories with 300g protein/600g carbs/150g fats and eat this every single day until you hit 200lbs.

    So your body uses 3 things for energy, carbs, fats, and proteins. Primarily you want your body to use carbs for energy, as well as fats. With excess protein, your body can use that to make muscle.

    That is why if you do not fix your diet, you will not make gains on cycle. It takes a certain amount of protein in your body to be able to build muscle. Also if you are not getting enough fats and carbs your body will not build muscle.
    Ok thanks for the info. Well first off 19 is a little young, but to be honest thats when I started my first cycle. Anyways at 6'3 you need to get to 200lbs natural. Once you do that then you will have been able to say you know how to set up a good diet.

    Sounds to me like you are not eating enough.

    I'd prefer for you to wait until 20-22 before starting but if you don't, at least promise me you will try to get to 200lbs before starting.

    Why is this important? Because if you cannot make gains off cycle, you won't make them on cycle either. Thats right steroids don't magically synthesize muscle. All they do is prevent protein from being broken down.
    im 19 6.3 185lbs about 13% body fat i lift bout 5 times a week plus ont rugby fitness training, ny diet isnt good eat eggs everymorning and chicken for everything else. as you can see im new at this , i just need to get started,thanks for any help dude
    I need your stats first. Age, weight, height, bodyfat percentage (estimate if you dont know)

    also how long have you been lifting and whats the macros of your diet? how much calories, protein, carbs and fats do you consume on a daily basis?
