    Need a New Routine

    I'm 145lb's and been using a full body workout routine to try and build muscle for the past month and a half. My current workout involves me hitting the weights 3x a week, working all major muscles of the body but I'm looking for something new. Any recommendations?

    I'm at 145 pounds wanting to put on weight. I'm at the gym 4x a week and taking a Mass Gainer plus 4 meals a day including carbs, proteins etc etc. I heard Creatine helps put on weight so thats my reasons for taking it.

    Hey everyone, been working out for a while now atleast 3 times per week. Eating lots and taking protein shakes etc. A friend of mine recommended I take creatine. Can someone tell me what creatine does? When should I take it? Difference between them and regular protein shakes etc. Thanks.

    I have a question. Does increasing weight (e.g from 15kg Dumbbells to 20kg Dumbbells) build muscle? Or is it the number of reps / sets you do?
