It seems to be the general consensus that using steroids to pass your own genetic limits, whatever they might be is how its done. Would that also be why its hard to keep those gains when you are off cycle completely?

A gym membership is out of the question as of now. What I do have forever is a large empty garage with my old bench, 310lbs of plates and an Olympic barbell. The 45lb kind.
