I am 23 years of age, "5"9, weigh 176 lbs, BF around 20%. I want to get down to 10%. I am cutting at 1800 cals atm and it's going rather well so far. I was wondering if I should adjust my calories if my weight goes down. Maybe to 1700 or 1600 max. This is what my diet looks like...
