Hey Jenner, feeling kind of fluffy and my stomach has bn sticking out majorly in the evening especially after my post workout carbs... I drink a lot of water and pretty sure my Var is legit... ideas or suggestions?

I just doing Var and stim free pre workout and a multi vitamin. I do at least a gallon of water a day. Diet has bn super clean.

Is there something I can supplement with? I heard potassium? I think animal pak has some in there.

There are some pretty good pre workouts out there that are stimulant free, hv good amino profiles and contain creatine.... like Evogen EVP... are they okay to take while on a cycle?

Also on a first cycle at 5mg a day, will u feel anything or only once moving to 10?
