I am only on day two of Var and my blood pressure is already sneaking up.

It is in the yellow...not too much of a concern yet....

Is there something I can supplement with? I heard potassium? I think animal pak has some in there.

Any experience out there able to chime in?

i doubt than your blood pressure is having something with your cycle... ther's no sense for me.

2 days into anykind of cycle is very very early to see sides. Its extremely unlikely your high BP has anything to do with the var. How much water are you drinking? A lot of times high bp has a lot to do with water retention. Drinking more water actually makes you shed water in the long run.

Also, how do you know you blood pressure is high? Perhaps you just went to the doctor. Ask him or her and see if that helps. I wouldn't mention anything about the anavar... something else is at the root of this problem.

ive really got to look closer at the members names lol. i doubt the vbar is the problem , maybe nerves .

... based on my research I hv decided it is related to my "other cycle" and my job has rather stressful moments .... I'll continue to monitor. I thank everyone for their input...
