hey hows it going? Sorry to hear about your accident...hope all is well now! In reguards to my fat loss, I'm not done yet, and i still think i have alot of progress to make...however the best advice i can give you is to head over to the diet forumn and look under the "Free Diet Advice" sticky. Honestly its all about finding out what your BMR and TDEE are....then counting your macros and calories to make sure they are on par with your goals. Eat healthy...Cheat once a week....eat small meals often....increase the cardio and train your ass off. Do all that...and you honestly should be able to drop at least 1-2 pounds of fat a week. If not something needs work.
