I dont think its too late, like mentioned above better late then never.

You can do the 700, but you are going to get the same results for your first cycle at a 500 dose, always go with the lowest dose for the best result IMO iono if i explained that right lol.

Test is to me a must, specially on your first cycle.

That coach does not know what he is talking about, like mentioned above the 4 weeks wont be long enough for it to build in you're system and for you're blood levels to be optimal.
