Hey guys I'm new on this forum and pretty much all of them I've read a lot of articles here before but I have never posted, so a little information about me, I did my first cycle about 3 years ago, i had just come back from a military deployment ( I am an MP in the US Army) and i was down to 119 pounds, so I did my first cycle of anything it was 600mg/week of test enth and I when up to 160 pounds, huge change in 12 weeks everyone was flipping out and just to add I had worked out before just never used gear, eventualy through other cycles I whent up to 189 pounds 7% bf 5'10, this cycle will be my 7th and I'm looking for advise, reason being due to a new job working 12-13 hour days I haven't worked out and have dropped down to 160 and I want to bulk up again and I'm looking for a mean bulk cycle, this is what I have in mind please give me you're input..
Week 1-12 1000mg test sus/week
Week 1-12 600mg eq/week
Week 1-12 600mg deca/week
Week 1-5 50mg dbol/week
I have a bottle of clomid, nolvadex and arimidex in hand just in case along with 10,000 IUs of HCG, I've read conflicting stories about using deca and eq together what do you guys think and substitute the dbol for a bombs? As far as diet 5k cals, moderate as far as how clean the cals, thank you for you're feed back guys.
