    Weekends..

    I work rotating shifts so I train when I can get in the gym. If I am off work on the weekends, I am usually in the gym, at least doing cardio.

    I will change up my routine at least every 8-12 weeks, sometimes more often.

    Thinking of switching from BB to DB.

    I use db's as the bb's put too much strain on my shoulder. My physical therapist told me that it would be best to stay away from the bb's. He also told me that it would help strengthen my weaker arm.:D

    pre exhaust training

    I do it right now on my shoulder days as I am rehabing from shoulder surgery. I have to warm my shoulder up real good before doing any presses so I have to do my laterals first.

    Too late for a BodyBuilding show?

    Go for it. Don't wait until you're 40, check into some of the local shows in your area and find a couple to enter, just for the experience of being on stage.
