    I should add I actually lost 10lbs in weight when I first started weight training and definately looked more cut after loosing all the excess beer and fast food, both of which have cut out of my diet.

    I would also like to add I have an extremely physical/tiring job. Could this be why my gains aren't great? Literally on my feet from the second I wake to the second I sleep, probably have 8 hours sleep a night.
