    increase your water intake to at least 4-5 litres, also try taking co-codamol which helps to relive pain. i agree with dremen when im aching, i do a lite weight controlled good morning isolation set. i wouldnt run dbol for 4wks i would drop it down to 3, due to being toxic to liver.
