hmmm good point... but if u count the 6 eggs and 2 full sized breasts and the cottage cheese plus the nuts in the musli thats like 300g protien a day give or take.. im 175? i was under the impression i need about 1.5g per pound?? i like ur take on it though... maybe i need some more good carbs...
