A Newbie to this needing a little advice please

Ok, I know this is a common post but being new I've read up on every aspect and there are so many choices I need a little help choosing a first and second cycle to get started please. Please let me know what you recommend based on what I'm looking for below:

Stats: 42 years old (never too old to get going), 5'9", 175pds, Decent shape and exercise regularly. I eat fairly well with about 3000 calories per day which includes 150-175 grams of proteins

Desire: I want to put on 25 pounds of muscle without body fat. I realize that this may mean more bulk cycles in the
beginning and more cutting down the road??
I Also would like to avoid acne as much as possible as my job somewhat demands a clearer complexion. Only have
had moderate acne on occassion over the years.
Oh and the big kicker is I'd like to keep my sex drive in tact as much as possible. Can't afford downers!

So Can you give me your thoughts on first two cycles and best post cycle therapy (pct) plan?? Thanks in Advance
 
Read the stickys, and use the search bar at the top of the page. Research research, some guys will spoon feed u, I think that the best way is for u to research on your own. There's so much info on this board! Welcome to ology
 
Thanks pal and I really have done a lot of research and lots of different options but thought advice from those who have blazed the trail before me would be best.

It is pretty much cut and dry. Especially for a 1st cycle. Just make sure you have everything you need on hand. I'm 49 and on a test, deca, dbol cycle and my sex drive is crazy! I'm running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) (in cycle) and caber. My dick is always harder then chinese Arithmetic.
 
Like geared up said just research test e only cycle. U dont need deca, Dbol, etc. not on your first cycle
 
Test E 12 weeks 250mg twice a week for 500mg total include an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle also

post cycle therapy (pct)
Week 1 post cycle therapy (pct) Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 2 post cycle therapy (pct) Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 3 post cycle therapy (pct) Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
Week 4 post cycle therapy (pct) Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily

I'm new this site so I need help. Iam 6'5 330 lbs lost about 70lbs in a year an a half I was 400 and I want to quicken things up would winstrol be the best thing for me? My goal is to only drop to 260-265 lbs
 
Thanks for the advice guys... this confirmed some of my thoughts on starting out. Any other thoughts let me know. Let's see where this take me!
 
Quick Thought - On the first cycle would it be of value to kick start with Anadrol (A-50) weeks 1-4 at 100mg ED, and run the test weeks 1-12. Also use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during the cycle.
Then run the suggested post cycle therapy (pct) of:
Week 1 post cycle therapy (pct) Nolva 20 Daily/clomid 100 Daily
Week 2 post cycle therapy (pct) Nolva 20 Daily/clomid 100 Daily
Week 3 post cycle therapy (pct) Nolva 10 Daily/clomid 50 Daily
Week 4 post cycle therapy (pct) Nolva 10 Daily/clomid 50 Daily

This sound good?
What would you add to this for the second cycle?
 
If you're looking to put on 20lbs, I certainly believe you can if your diet and training is spot on. It really is a shame when people don't put on good size during their first cycle. It means they are completely lacking on basics and wasted their gear.

What do you mean by exercise regularly? You can gain 25lbs of lean muscle without getting fat. It all depends on your diet. Research a bodybuilder diet and eat like that.nowloss.com/carbs-proteins-fats-needed-to-build-muscle.htm There is no need to gain fat with the muscle so just eat clean.

I Would not suggest running a cycle unless you have a least 3 years of hard core training under your belt. For me I trained for over 10 years before I ever ran a cycle because I wanted to see how strong I could get without drugs.

If your set on running a cycle just take test E 400mg for 12 weeks for your first cycle. If you eat right there is no way you want gain 20lbs of lean muscle. 70 to 80% of your physique is DIET. That being said you have to train hard to break down the muscle so you can repair with protein.
 
Do lots of research. I mean anything you can get your hands on. The boards are good but know that everybody is different so what works for one guy might not be the greatest for you. Factor in any existing medical conditions you might have and do not jump at the first chance to get gear. Research the labs also. Know that Human Grade gear is faked a lot and UGL come and go. Keep yourself in the loop by posting on several boards. Info is key. And after all that figure out what will suit you. Good advice was given above.

Chinese Arithmetic sounds pretty hard too.
 
Hey everyone, I would like someone to take a look at my stats and give me some tips

3rd test E cycle.... balkan 250 @ about a g a week pinning evero ther day. I know its a bit much but i dont get the effect i need anymore from 500 because i was on TRT for a while so i need that much test. Im not lookin for pointers on my pinning sched. More so I need help with my diet and training because im not looking for mass, I mean ofcourse i want it all and I lift heavy most of the time but what i really want is lean muscle mass I can not nock my BF down and I need help...

29 M 80Kg, about 175 5'9
Gym - 1 muscle group a day ex Back,Chest,Bis and Tries,Legs,Shld usually 2days on and 1 day off with 30 min cardio at moderate pace... def working up a good sweat.
bf approx 15-20% cant give u an exact

Diet
Meal 1 Musli with 0% Cottage Cheese and 2 eggs 1-2 tspn Brown sugar Mult and 20 mg tamox if itchy nipp
Meal 2 Small Salad, 1/2 Bioled Chicken breast
Meal 3 Small Salad, 1/2 Bioled Chicken breast
Meal 4 1/2 Bioled Chicken breast
Meal 5 Usually after W/O 4-5 eggwhites
Grean tea and Coffee through out the day and i throw in a fruit here and there apple or bannana

12 weak E cycle

Advice??
