  • Hello World! I am looking to get started on a cycle. I am 27 years old 6'1, 192 lbs, 14% body fat. I Bench 185 - 225, I curl 80 - 100, squat 225 - 250, and workout 4 - 5 times per week, However I look week and soft no matter what I do or how hard I go. I have have been working out for about 10 months now, I have within the last month total corrected my diet! I am not looking to get really but I do want to look solid and hard. What are some reccomendations of things to take.
