I appreciate all of the comments fellas I am for sure going to start the GOMAD method today.....I am planning on having a milk bloat day today haha. The best thing I have going for me is I am a general manager for a steakhouse soooooo Ive got plenty of food around me to meet my 4k calories.
Im 24 years old....I eat all of the time....at minimum 3500 calories a day....a good amount of protien....I just cant gain more than a pound or two here and there and then I lose it. I just figured this would jump start some weight gaining
Im 6'4"...165lbs....Im just a really thin...hardgainer. I will say that I am toned and in great shape for a thin guy. I know if I gained 15lbs or so I would look massive. I have been told one key I need to work on is my leg workouts, I slack in that department.

Any advice on a routine I should look into being a hardgainer? I am 6'4" and 165lbs.....and cant gain a pound! I usually put in 4 days a week for at least an hour and the gym. I have stayed steady with the Bi/Tri....Chest/Back....Leg/ab...Shoulder/Chest routines......any even though I feel like...
I have heard rave review about both of them and have friends who have gotten gains off of Thai Labz....but I still figure these would carry more problems and more side effects than just a old school test cycle
Is pinnacle labs even still up and running? I have done some research and it looks like they are done for and if nottttt how might I go about contacting them?
