Not sure what skin type I am. I tan easily. Probably a 3-4. if I remember correctly, I loaded with 1iu daily for about 10 days but couldn't take it any more. Each one made me feel so horrible. After the first week, I tanned for 6min. Then the next weekend again. I instantly started getting dark...

After reaching the desired skin tone, I just used about 250-500mcg every 7-10 days. Sun once a week for about 30mintues.

My advice ( and I am still in), don't screw with anything until you get to your unit and figure life/work/Army out a bit. Later, if you do dabble, continue the running and PT to maintain Army standards with the additional weight you put on.

thanks the input guys. I got the Chief of Patient Relations on the phone and discussed everything with him. he was actually pretty appalled as well. He contacted the Sr supervisor for Endo to get me in with their highest rated male Dr asap. It usually takes 4 months for an appt. We will see how...
