    haha ya i mind being fat. probabaly going to be out for another 7 months at the very least and that will be at very light weight. i was maxing at 280lbs bench before this and doubt i could do 100lbs in another 7 months, frustrating to say the least.

    thanks man, i ended up having a labrum slap tear and removal of damaged cartilage, not sure on all the names of it, but they put in 7 screws, he said the labrum was completely torn off. right now holding a laptop is about the extend of carrying things im doin.

    i had shoulder surgery 2 months ago and still have a long road till i can lift upper body so ill have to go all legs.. what would be a good list of nothing but legs. 5X5? so far Ive been doing leg press, leg extension, leg curl, calf raises, and abs workouts. what else can i throw in the mix?
