test is best my friend.. not only will hgh cost a shit ton more , but its alot more to handle when and if u get sides . if u wanna get big ur gonna have to used to the idea of pinning urself .. just like u cant get strong without lifting heavy ass weight . ur bodyweight seems pretty low though...
if u dont eat atleast veggies green .. take sum fiber supps . if not u wont be able to let the turtles swim in the pond ... all protein no fiber is a lonely toilet .
tren is good but not for ur first cycle and if ur heavy .. it will hurt ur cardio . test is best my friend !! Winstrol (winny) is gonna hurt ur bones and tendons when ur doing cardio , which ur prob hitting heavy already , but i would stick to test
u cant bench cause u used or still do , machines amd smiths . only one way to build power is with free weights bro ..
stay on the 5x5 and you wil see improvments .. in a 8 wk period i went from 450 to 525 natty , with just chalk and wrist wraps .good luck !
