    Is it 300g o not I don know morning I got breast meat ANC brown rice .. Den eggs and soya .. Den meat n brown rice . Den protein .. Durin traning I use amino acid n after train i use protein again . Last I eat meat o fish.. I oso take multi vitamin .. But till now I haven took any steroid

    Monday- chest Tuesday-back wednesday - shoulder Thursday leg friday- chest. Everything get bigger.. My size depend on shoulder n back.. Weight- 154 lbs

    Need help

    I train for 8 month and I got chest trainingfor twice a week .. However no improvement.. It have no shape and not thick at all.. Now is only 37".. So use steroid will improve this condition or it juz like that???

    I train for about 8 months.. Chest training twice a week.. But my chest is about flat. Until now only 37" .. How to improve this condition. Use deca and sustanon will make this better??? Other part show a large improvement accept chest neither thick nor shape.. Make me headache about it.. Hope...
