i came in just to emphasize that this type of training does not work for everyone. i've learned that the 5x5 schema works tremendously well for me, while my roommate responds much better to higher volume, lower weight types of routines. the bottom line is - everyone responds differently.

EC stack worked awesome for me in the past. It takes a while to see effects, and some people don't see any, but it has worked for me so i'd recommend at least looking into it
most athletes juice anyway so its more or less an "equal" playing field. about as equal as mixed budgets for teams can be (in baseball at least). lets see yankees $28M budget vs Marlines $10M budget, its a real shocker they go to the world series almost every year.
